How can I quickly locate the best price of the various LTL carriers
that move freight within Hawaii?  I'm not looking to get freight into
Hawaii, rather I'm looking for a way to let the Hawaiian carriers know
that need their service(RFP's) and have them submit to me their price,
and quality garuntees.

Hi rjmolesa-ga,

I haven't been able to find a comprehensive list or directory of local
cartage LTL trucking companies in Hawaii.  However, I have found
information on a lot of individual companies that haul LTL throughout
the islands, and that have web pages with the ability to post a
Request for Quote  online.  By using automatic form-filling software,
it might be fairly easy to set up to request a quote from a number of
these within a few minutes if you had the links at hand.  Would you be
interested in a list of, say 20 or so of these companies, together
with a steer to some good forms software, as an answer to your
question?  If so, I'd be glad to provide you with that information, as
well as the few links I did find to brokers/agents who say they can
quote from a number of companies.  Let me know.  If not, perhaps
another Researcher will have better luck.
