What is the title, who is the composer, and where can I buy the
recurring background music in the Movie "One, Two, Three". I think it
is the same music as the PEE WEE Herman theme song, but not sure.

I should mention that the music I'm referring to was also featured in
the film "Pee-Wee's Big Adventure."

I feel confident that I can identify the music you're looking for. I
have verified that excerpts from Aram Khachaturian's "Sabre Dance"
were used both in "One, Two, Three" and in "Pee-Wee's Big Adventure."

"ONE, TWO, THREE features a fairly solid Dolby Digital monaural
soundtrack. For the most part, the track is clean sounding without any
serious evidence of background hiss or surface noise. Fidelity has
some age related limitations, but the film?s musical content, which
prominently features Aram Khachaturian?s The Sabre Dance, sounds
perfectly fine when a bit of amplification is applied."

"Finally, Billy Wilder's breathless masterpiece is available on DVD...
you'll be hard-pressed to get Andre Previn's arrangement of the
Khachaturian Sabre Dance out of your head when it's all over."

"Actually, it's a piece of 20th Century classical music: 'Sabre Dance'
by Armenian composer Aram Khachaturian (1903-1978), a piece from his
ballet Gayane (1942). And yes, it was used in Peewee's Big Adventure
as well as scores of commercials and TV shows."

This piece of music was used for almost every juggler and plate
spinner on the Ed Sullivan Show.

Here's a recent documentary on the life of Aram Khachaturian narrated
by Eric Bogosian:
