Need solution to fix the scratches on my watches

I need a solution to fix the scratches on my 3 watches. 2 are Polar
hard rate monitor watches. One is Alta-something-brand and is for
skiing and has an altimeter.

They have cheap plastic faces and have gotten scratched from the
various times I have fallen on the bike or running.

Hard to read the displays now. These watches run under $125, but
except for the deep scratches, they work great.

Is there any product that is clean, and fills in the gap left in the
groove of the scratch. Something akin to products like shoe goo for
running shoes.

thanx in advnce,

You'd think that with all that modern technology can do, we'd be able
to have plastic lenses that are tough enough to handle the abuses of
daily use, right?

Anyway, I saw a TV commercial just this weekend, for a product that is
probably the most likely solution. It's called Liquid Lense, and
consists of a two-part approach: a cleaner, and a filler.

If I recall correctly, the price was $20 Cdn, with a bonus. On the
web, I found the product here:

http://www.asseenontv.com/prod-pages/liquid_lense.html

It is not yet available on this website, but is 'coming soon'.

It is also listed on these other websites:

http://www.alltvstuff.com/lens1.html ($14.99 coming soon)

http://www.asontv.com/products/1074648714.html ($14.95 + S/H)

http://www.liquidlense.shoppingcartsplus.com/page/page/843825.htm
($14.95 + $3.95 S/H)

http://www.interwood.com/Interwood/pages/LiquidLenseDetails.html (Cdn
version of above page)

 - I think this is the actual distributor/importer of the product

Now, would I use this product on my own glasses? For the price of this
product versus new glasses, I would probably give it a try. Would I
use it on my watch lens? Definitely.

Hope this helps!

I always use toothpaste (yes, a normal toothpaste).
Just apply some on a soft cloth and polish the watch face for 5 to 10
mins. That's it.
