Dear ideas2423-ga; Thank you for allowing me an opportunity to answer your interesting question. Go to their site and download the removal tool (bottom right). SHOP NAV http://srng.net/ Or use this link directly: http://www.shopnav.com/shopnav/files/downloads/unspnv.exe From what I gather from reading other peoples? complaints, this method seems to do the trick. RESELLER RATINGS http://www.resellerratings.com/forum/t66799.html Alternatively, some have reported that the program HIJACK THIS did the trick for them (there are often more than one method of removing these types of things). You can download it here, about mid-way down the page: MERIJN http://www.merijn.org/downloads.html You may need to reset your home page after removing the nasty critter and if you don?t know how to do that you may find this helpful: (assuming you are using Internet Explorer) Go to TOOLS Then to INTERNET OPTIONS Where it says HOME PAGE, change the url of your homepage to whatever you want it to be when you click your browser?s HOME button. I hope you find that my research exceeds your expectations. If you have any questions about my research please post a clarification request prior to rating the answer. Otherwise I welcome your rating and your final comments and I look forward to working with you again in the near future. Thank you for bringing your question to us. Best regards; Tutuzdad-ga ?
