It is possible to talk PC to PC for free using your computer's
speakers, microphone and sound card - however, the quality of the
sound will depend on alot of factors (internet connection, hardward,
etc). If you want to call PC to phone, you will need to purchase an
account with one of the service providers.
Using The Net As A Phone:
