I am a shop director for Bath & Body Works and we are having a meeting
on Thursday 2-12-2004 focused on end of the season/year end results.
I wanted to make a fun, interactive, VERY LOW_TECH, addition to the
usual... here are my stores results blah blah blah... I was placed in
an underperforming store this year and had a rocky road to start,
(very unusual for me) I am typically the "over-achiever" producing the
best, most sought after results. Needless to say, this was a very
humbling yet educational year for me. As a result I want my peers to
learn from my experience too. I was thinking along the lines of index
cards representing puzzle pieces. Each piece representing a key
element of the success of our business, handing them out to each shop
director and one by one they come to the front to fit the pieces
together. At the end one piece is missing. Not quite sure how to
handle the "technicalities" of this, or if it's even a good idea, just
something to help let you know what thought process I was looking at.

Please help!!!
Thanks
