bellechild - what a fun question, thanks!!

sláinte means 'a toast' as in drinking, but also means health or salvation

A well-known gaellic toast is "deoch-slŕinte"

However, not only is "yacunta" not a word - there are no words that
begin with 'y' in Irish or Gaellic...

Would this suffice as an answer or are you looking for additional
info? Could you have misheard or misspelled the saying?

thanks,
ragingacademic

Are you thinking of "Sláinte chugat", which means "Good health to you"?

"Searched the web for sláinte chugat"
Google
://www.google.com/search?num=30&hl=en&lr=&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&safe=off&q=sl%C3%A1inte+chugat

If so, I would be happy to post this as an answer.

There's a common Gaelic toast, 'Slainte mhath', which can be
translated as 'Good health!'
