Hi ulistenok!!
It seems like the program have not been properly uninstalled and it is
still trying to run at the start up. To solve this you will need to
use two programs, one is the Microsoft System Configuration Utility or
simply MSCONFIG (it comes with Windows, so you have it installed) and
the other is the Registry Manager tool from jv16PowerTools.
MSCONFIG:
Invoke it by running MSCONFIG at the Run command line (Start --> Run
--> type msconfig --> press Enter).
Click on the Startup tab:
Now the window shows you a list of programs that are automatically
loaded every time you turn on your computer.
Look for any reference to CrobFTP and uncheck it if it is still checked.
Now do the same on the Services tab.
More references here:

I think that this solve the problem, but may be you still have CrobFTP
entries in the registry. To delete this entries you will need to use
the Registry Manager:
This tool is principally used to clean, maintain and customise your
Windows Registry. The Registry Manager is a registry cleaner, and you
will use it to remove any reference to CrobFTP from the registry.
Here is a brief description of the program:
"Registry Manager Documentation":

Link to download it (the download is free 30-day trial, the program
has all the features as the full version and they don't contain any
nag screens nor advertisements):

"The program has a bewildering wealth of features including a Registry
Manager that lists installed software and removes unneeded file types;
a Registry Cleaner that does things such as remove start menu items
and fix broken fonts entries; a Registry Finder that offers advanced
Registry search options; and a Registry Monitor that keeps you up to
date with what is happening in your PC's Registry.":

Start jv16 Power Tools and in the Registry Tools menu select Registry
Manager by clicking it. A new window will be prompted: the Registry
Manager window, Installed Software section.
This window shows a list of the all programs that have registry
entries, including all of the programs that leave registry entries
when you uninstall them.
At this list look for CrobFTP entries (you can use the Search tool) in
both Author and Software columns (click on the column head to re-sort
the items), check all of this entries and then click on the Remove
button.
This will delete all the reference of the CropFTP program from the registry.
I also find an old free version of the Registry Tools of the jv16
PowerTools called RegCleaner, this is a free version of it and you can
use it by the same way to do this task, you can download it from here:

I hope this helps you, but due this kind of answers depends strongly

procedures don't work for you despite they work for me. If it is the
