Where can I get access to the most complete online video records of
the mars briefings and panel discussions that NASA is holding? I see
snippets of it on TV, but is there somewhere I can watch the video
online?

I believe some of the links on this page will provide what you're
looking for. However, since there is no live NASA briefing in progress
at this time, I can't verify this. You might want to keep an eye on
the streaming video links here:

http://science.ksc.nasa.gov/shuttle/countdown/video/video.html

This is a nice site that provides a multitude of archived video clips
that might interest you, too:

http://www.candidemedia.com/mars/index.html

Please let me know if this meets your needs. In the meantime, I'm
leaving your question open for other Researchers.

Best regards,

To pinkfreud,

I think these links aren't exactly what I was looking for. One i
believe is for the wrong mars mission (maybe the old rover?). Anyway,
I'm looking for the NASA panel discussions with about five members
(one of them is a cornell professor) where the industry press asks
questions.

Thanks.

Did you click the link that says "Watch Mars Daily Briefings with the
New RealMedia 10 Codec"?
