I need to find a list of manufacturers (with website) that make a
specific reel, much like a fishing reel that will hold up to 100 feet
of nylon braided cord (up to .125 inch diameter) that will feed out
line at a very slight tension(not a must) and can be locked in place
when the correct length has been payed out.  The criteria - It must be
no bigger than 5 cubic inches, non-corrosive materials(weatherproof),
have a load capacity of 500lbs. of tension and can easily wind back up
with a small handle, that prefereably folds back into the reel when
done.

The smaller the better...  It is used to pay out a small cord that
holds a pole in place as it is extended in the air. (guying)

It sounds like a large game fishing reel 130lb (60kg) will do the job,
but that does not come cheap. Penn is the most likely company to have
a solution  Their electric reels may be the answer
