Hello Cesarpinto--

I have spent some time on your question, researched it and your
clarification request you posted as a comment, and have your answer.

There are quite a few contracts I found that may be of interest to
you. I wanted to first find some good sample contracts that you may
use to make your agreement with your contract software employee/firm.

To conduc this research, I initially searched the following terms:

There are some good commercial forms available for a fee at
http://contracts.consusgroup.com/categories/kicat_140_1_google.asp

There's a pretty good free form at
http://www.european-patent-office.org/resell_ps.pdf

If using the European Patent Office form, you would be "EPO" (this
assumes you own the retail software program and want to engage the
Reseller to resell your product). Also, obviously, in section 17, you
would want to choose the law of the state (or country) in which you
live.

Hi ipfan-ga,
Thank you for your answer.
The european contract is OK.

I would like to ask about a support contract using by a company that
sould answer questions about problems of instalation and help with the
program.

Regards,

Cesar Pinto
