Results of Operations
?Revenues for the three months and six months ended June 30,
2000 were $719,000 and $1.1 million compared to $8,000 for prior year
comparable periods. The increase is attributable to customer
subscriptions to the TiVo Service, which began in March 1999. As of
June 30, 2000, we had approximately 48,000 subscribers.?

were $4.1 million and $7.3 million compared to $869,000 and $1.4
million for prior year comparable periods. The increase is largely
attributable to increased customer subscriptions to the TiVo Service.
TiVo activated approximately 40,000 new subscribers to the TiVo
Service during the three-month period ended July 31, 2001 compared to
approximately 15,000 subscribers activated during the prior year
comparable period. (..) As of July 31, 2001, the total installed
subscriber base had grown to approximately 229,000 subscribers.?
