i have prints that are apparantly (i am not sure of the signatures) signed
by-

louis houmont-it is a print numbered #302 9"x13" and is a country
rural scene with some sheep--i would guess france or belgium the
artist name is preceeded by what appears to be affer or after

a companion print signed by de zooscher or de gooscher numbered #303
again 9"x 13" this one is of a canal with bridge--again european
belgium france? these 2 are obviously from same gallery--the numbering
is in pencilabd is identical

the last print is bigger 16"x20" signed apparantly by cl chalaut and
instead of a number on the left bottom corner it is signed le quai
vert, i am guessing that is a street name --again this picture is of a
canal scene--this print has been in the family for ~60+ years--i
gather that my father bought the print for my mother around 1940

i would like to know more about the artists and if they have any value

I did a few searches for the fun of it and came up with a reference to
an old auction:

It meantions an oil painting called "Le quai vert ŕ Bruges" by Andrč
Hallet. The painting is about the Bruges Canal (in Belgium), which
might be the same place as on your prints:

Couldn't find more details that that, but hope it helps.

I have the same art....after de zooscher  #303 I has been in our
family for may years...both my parents are deceased and i have no idea
where it came from...i live in canada but have family in
England....please let me know anything that we can trace this too..
that would be great...
