You will find the full EPA/600/4-90/027F regulation available for
download here, provided by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency
(PDF file):

Since the regulation you requested is the 4th edition of the EPA's
"Methods for Measuring the Acute Toxicity of Effluents and Receiving
Waters to Freshwater and Marine Organisms", dating from 1993, you may
be interested in the current 5th edition from 2002, which you will
