private sale? Or are you starting a business engaged in buying and
selling used vehicles?

Second, as motor vehicle sales typically fall under the jurisdiction
of your regional (ie. state or province) regulations, with some
additional requirements for specific locations (ie. city/municipal
level), can you tell us where in the world you are hoping to conduct
the retail transaction?
