Dear answer1234,

So far, the only cellphone-related item named "Roamer 2000" I could
find is a (completely outdated) cellphone from the 1990s. I guess that
that can't be what you have in mind. Maybe you could give me some
additional hints, such as:

- where have you read (or heard) about that mysterious product?
- what abilities is it said to have?
- who uses it, reportedly?
- is there anything else that might be important?
- are you absolutely sure about the name and the spelling?

Anything could prove helpful.
Regards,
Scriptor

Dear Answer,

"Roamer" devices are well known in the market, as a type of phone that
includes (indeed) a cellular radio system and could operate in a
different area than the one originally assigned.

If you would like me to, I could explain about these systems and where
you could get them. As far as I know, this system is not installed in
old "Roamer 2000" phones (despite their name), but I could also point
you to sources where you could get those phones.

Please clarify your question regarding Scriptor's and mine enquiries,
and either of us will be pleased to answer it.

There's an advertisment at this link:

http://www.auadpost.com/au/phones/112/_a_god_phone_for_a_god_price_for_sale_adelaide_canberra_metro_australian_capital_territory/

offering a "god phone at a god price".

Maybe that's what you need.
