I'm looking for studies and statistics that cover small to medium load
deliveries by drivers in different traffic conditions or some sort of
comparison between deliveries during office hours and non-office
hours.
I'm interested in knowing a bit of background on the numbers of
metropolitan and non-metropolitan areas, accidents, package pickup
time at center, per delivery time on average, time wasted by driver on
average per day and in what and how, fuel and wear and tear on
delivery vehicles in comparison to similar vehicles used for
commuting.
How much overhead in terms of admin staff time does shipping and
handling take up in typical mail order organizations?
These will help me assume certain numbers for our planned
