I am looking for data on the US Telecom Market - specifically the
Wholesale Market.  This is an ara of the industry where carriers buy
access pipes and bulk Minutes of use from each other for use in their
business. I cant seem to find any data on the Wholesale Telecom market

I really need info on what the general industry trends are in this end
of the teleom business markets. When carrier's buy access from
competitirs what are prevailing issues / buying criteria.  What drives
wireless carriers to buy access from the various suppliers available..
What is important to them when buying from an access provders and why.
