Hi. The SEC recently approved proposals by the NYSE and NASDAQ to
change their listing standards.
The AMEX (america stock exchange) did so as well - the AMEX proposal
went to the SEC on 6/23/03, and SEC approved it on 12/1/03.
SOOOOooooo, I am trying to find, perhaps on the website of a lawfirm,
a discussion of these changes and how they compare to the changes at
the NYSE and
NASDAQ? Maybe this is in a news article, or magazine.
Might be that the requirements are very similar, which is fine if
there's some source saying that. |

Hi Juggler, glad to see you are still around these parts.
...well, that's not bad...but I'm really trying to find something more
extensive and from a better source. but like i said, it's not bad.
better than anything i had found.
Tell you what, if you can help me out with the below, we'll call it
even and close up this question - because I don't think there's a good
source for the above question.
I'm doing some research on the SEC - changes they've made in the last 6 months.
I am looking for any changes regarding disclosure of executive
compensation and executive stock transactions -- either the scope of
disclosure (how much information ) or the timing of disclosure (does X
have to be disclosed once a year, once a quarter, whenever it happens)?
(limit that one to changes in the last 6 months, if any).
Sound like a deal?

(on that last request...restrict it to executive/ceo
compensation/pay...ignore the part about insider sales)
