Drugs used in the treatment of psychiatric disorders neuroleptics,antidepressants etc are known to cause ECG(EKG) changes including prolonged QT interval and torsades de pointes. Are there any guidelines available for clinicans with recommendations on baseline and ongoing monitoring of patients on these drugs |
