What universities and colleges offer a B.A. in Speech Communication in
these four cities:  New York City, Las Vegas, New Orleans, and

New York City unsurprisingly has the most prospects:

City University of New York offers programs at several colleges including:

Brooklyn College (speech)

Lehman College (speech and communications)

Medgar Evars (speech and drama)

city technical college (speech)

York College (speech)

NYU has a speech pathology/audiology program:


For a major metropolitan area, Las Vegas does not have very many
higher ed institutions.  I was unable to find a speech program, but
here's a link to UNLV:
Xavier University of Louisiana has a speech communications program

There are a number of programs in Baton Rouge, but this was the only
program I could find in New Orleans.
