Dear Drk,

The closer thing I found was:

Wolf, E. S. (1993). Disruptions of the Therapeutic Relationship in
Psychoanalysis: A View from Self Psychology. Presented to Symposium on
"Disagreements between patient and therapist", Boston, October 1991.
International Journal for Psychoanalysis, vol.74, pp.675-687.

However, the Self Psychology Homepage <http://www.selfpsychology.com/>
has a forum, as well as other pages, where you might find helpful
information.
