There is an attractive colour brochure for the book online, including
a form to order the book from the author:

KOEKBOYA
by Dr. H. Böhmer
price US $119 per copy including postage.

ORDER FORM - via mail to:
Dr. Harald Böhmer,
Alter Wehrgraben 36,
D-27777 Ganderkesee,
GERMANY
or fax: 0049-4221-588712

This brochure is at:
http://www.natural-dyes.net/download/KOEK_INFO.pdf

There are also two links to order forms suitable for printing:

Order form 1 (pdf format)
http://www.natural-dyes.net/download/koek_order_form.pdf

Order form 2 (gif format)
http://www.natural-dyes.net/download/KOEK_ORDER_FORM.gif

It should normally be possible to order the book online at the
Natural-Dyes.net website, but the site seems to be undergoing some
changes at present, and just refers back to the order forms above:
http://www.natural-dyes.net/

There are also two used "as new" copies available in the USA.

"Description: 300 CP. 8. 5 x 11 Hardback in New condition A color
journey from Turkey to India and beyond. Koekboya is a Turkish word.
Literally translated it means root-dye. It is used in Turkey for all
kinds of natural dyes, whether they are actually made from
roots...flowers, leaves tubers or seeds. Even insect dyes are included
in the Turkish expression Koekboya. In this book almost 100 dye plants
from Turkey and around the world are introduced on a scientific basis:
their botany, their qualities for dyeing, their cultural and
historical importance, and-in light of the world-wide Renaissance of
natural dyeing-aspects concerning their reintroduction for practical
use or as a hobby Dr Böhmer and his associates, Prof Dr Nevin Enez and
Dr Recep Karadag teach on the Fine Arts Faculty of Marmara University
Istanbul."

You need Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer to read the
brochure I referred to at the beginning.
If you don't already have it, get it free at:
http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

I hope this gives you all the information you need to order the book,
but please ask if you have any queries, or if any links fail to work,
and I'll do my best to help.

Best wishes - Leli

The ISBN number on KOEKBOYA originated in Germany, thus the
difficulty. I found another site that sells the book, probably at the
lowest price ($ 115 plus USPS shipping charges). The site is :
www.freewebs.com/quiltingspecial. The Koekboya book is on both the
"Quilt Books" - No.96 and the "Needlework" page.
Good Luck,
