Hi bobrjr~

Glycerin soap is generally considered great for oily or acne-prone
skin. For one glycerine soap recipe, see Miller's Homemade Soap Pages:
http://millersoap.com/glycerinsoap.html

Also see the recipe at Women Central: http://womencentral.net/soap.html

Cole Brothers' website includes a page giving the characteristics of
certain soap making ingredients:
http://www.colebrothers.com/soap/oils.html You'll see that under
"Jojoba," that this ingredient is considered "beneficial for spotty
and acne conditions, and good for sensitive and oily skin. It also
helps to unclog the pores and remove any embedded grime, restores and
conditions hair. When using Jojoba in soap, limit its usage to one or
two ounces per pound at trace. " A basic soap recipe with this
ingredient included could be beneficial.

TeachSoap.com offers a recipe for acne-prone skin:

Good luck!
