Driving with Honduras license plate car for tourist purposes to USA ( one year)
Where do I buy the Liability insurance what is mandatory for entering the USA
I hope to do this at the border with Mexico/USA or prefer to create a
online policy but sofar I can not
find any company willing to do so, actually there is no info at all
available, because everybody asumes you have a USA registered car, and
wants to go to Mexico  ( There is no lienholder on the car)
I am not a US Citenzen or green card holder, just a legitimate Tourist
( Dutch Nationality with a valid driver licence)
I did this many times with a US registered car and had no problems,
but can not get the right info the other way around.
and do not want to drive 2000 miles to find out there is a problem
with purchasing insurance .
