I would like to know names and contact information of some fine BYO
restaurants within 15 miles of West Chester, PA -- preferably Italian,
French, or Thai, but others OK too.  Some suggestions that are not in
the Zagat Survey would be especially welcome.

Just to make sure that I'm clear on what you're looking for, please
clarify what you mean by BYO restaurant. I presume you mean Bring Your
Own alcoholic beverage. (See definition below.) Also, could you please
expand on what you mean by "fine"? What are the qualities you're
looking for? Do you have a particular price range in mind?

BYO is an acronym for "Bring Your Own." Wine, that is. 
A BYO restaurant is unable to supply diners with any alcoholic drinks,
because they are not licensed to do so. You are able to bring your own
alcoholic drinks to a BYO restaurant, and the restaurant can pop the
cork. However, some restaurants will charge a small corking fee.

Yes, I meant Bring Your Own (alcoholic beverage) BYO; by fine I meant
both classic and inventive cuisine -- done with considerable care. 
Cost is not a consideration -- I'm interested in quality and will pay
for it.  Thanks in advance for your help.  I'm looking forward to
seeing what you're able to find.
