According to the Singapore Yellow Pages, exactly that address belongs
to a secretarial services company with a completely different name.

You can use the free services to determine whether such a copy is
legally registered.  I check and it is.

Do note that in Singapore business/companies can be either sole
proprietor, partnership or Limited Companies.  The last with their
name ended as  Pte Ltd.

Anyone can registered a sole propritorship easily.  Registeration of a
Pte Ltd company is more involved and would incur costs -- though not
substantial.
