Need your help!

I am trying to locate a Dr. Bolivar Escobedo, that was the focus of a
show on "48 Hours - CBS" called, "Your Money or Your Life", July 31,
2002.

My uncle is on dialysis and badly in need of a kidney... the story on
48 hours says Dr. Escobedo can find a donor and doctors to perform a
transplant in Lima, Peru.

I am trying to find a good phone number and email address for him, or
someway to contact him!

Any ideas?

I first searched for the International Kidney Transplant Center that
is mentioned in the above article without any luck.

I followed one of the links to a press release dated August 2003 from
the Indecopi in Peru. (Indecopi is a government service similar to the
Better Business Bureau.)

On page 6 of the publication, I discovered that that Dr. Bolivar
Escobedo is the owner of the ?Clinica Santa Monica? in Peru.

?Asimismo, el órgano funcional del Indecopi multó con S/ 31 000 (10
UIT), a la Clínica Santa Mónica y le ha impuesto la obligación de
devolver el dinero recibido de un paciente para la prestación del
servicio de implante capilar. La mencionada clínica es propiedad del
doctor Bolívar Escobedo.?

private practice, but it appears that he can only be reached through
