Where can I find a generic USB thumbdrive icon, antialiased for
Windows XP?  Shell32.dll doesn't have one.

hi,
You can use IconPackager software (
http://www.stardock.com/products/iconpackager/ ) and change all
windows icons on one only.More icons you can find in
http://www.wincustomize.com/skins.asp?library=2
I use Gloss icon pack (
http://www2.wincustomize.com/skins.asp?library=2&SkinID=1066 ) in this
pack is USB drive icon.
