I used to be able to e-mail pictures but after having to to have my
computer repaired I get a popup saying
"http//oe.msn.msnmail.hotmail.com/cgi-bin/hmdata and the a "Response
service unavailable;Port:0secure0 SSL)i DO GET EMAIL ON OUT LOOk
express and hot mail but the pictures won't send.

How big is the filesize of the picture/s and the total message size? I
would recommend not allowing the message filesize to reach larger than
1 megabyte. Most mail services have limits on the file size of
attachments for sending.
