Howdy june9891-ga,
If you do not use any of the "Real" products, such as Real Jukebox,
etc. but still have them installed you could try the following and
see if that solves your problem.
If it does, I can then post it as an Answer.
Uninstall and Reinstall Real Jukebox [or other Real product]
Reinstall Real Jukebox [or other Real product] to replace any
missing or damaged files. To uninstall and then reinstall Real
Jukebox [or other Real product], follow these steps:
1. On the taskbar, click Start, point to Settings, and then click
Control Panel.
2. In Control Panel, double-click Add/Remove Programs.
3. In the Add/Remove Programs Properties dialog box, click Real
Jukebox [or other Real product] on the Install/Uninstall tab,
and then click Add/Remove.
You receive the following message:
Are you sure you want to completely remove the Real Jukebox and
all of its components?
4. Click OK twice, and then restart your computer.
Looking Forward, denco-ga - Google Answers Researcher
