I have developed a therapy for a common health problem. The items used
in this therapy are sold over the counter at any drugstore. I am a
college trained professional in closely related field. Question: Can I
copyright this therapy?

No products will be sold, only information inthe form  of drawings and instructions.

Normally, a process (in this case the therapy is a process) would be
patented rather than copyrighted.

Any original material that is written by you to explain the process
would be copyrighted automatically on creation. The Copyright can be
officially registered, however, for protection in case of litigation.

Hlabadie is correct. You cannot copyright something of this nature,
but you could look into a patent.
