Dear nibor1946-ga,
As a researcher I cannot give legal advice on this question and my
comments are my own. You must make up your own mind from the
information I supply. Also I have to remind you of the disclaimer
posted at the bottom of the page by Google.
The company appears to be offering training in "Internet currency
trading". It appears to be aimed towards the UK market as fees are
quoted in UK Sterling. There is only a United States address supplied
for the company, otherwise there is no contact information. How do
you get in contact with the company if they refuse to answer their
emails? How do know who you are dealing with? Is the company
transparent and open?
I would suggest a little more information than this would be required
to give you peace of mind:
