Dear clicker5,
There is indeed one memorial in Arlington just outside Washington,
D.C. dedicated to women in U.S. military service, though it is not
limited to those women who served in World War II. The "Women In
Military Service For America Memorial" is located at Arlington
National Cemetery. Here is full contact information for the memorial

Nurses are, of course, included in the women honored by the Women's
Memorial. However, the memorial does not feature inscriptions of
individuals' names like, for example, the Vietnam Memorial. But the
Women's Memorial Foundation is building a database of U.S.
servicewomen, called "The Register", with 250,000 names already
included. If you would like to find out if a specific woman is already
included in the Register, you can inquire by calling the memorial's
Registration Department at 703-533-1155 or 800-222-2294.
The Women's Memorial Foundation also offers support for research, and
though searching for a particular nurse may be a bit out of scope,
they may have valuable advice. In case this is of interest for you,
please contact their Chief Historian:

Apart from the Women In Military Service For America Memorial, there
is also a "Nurses Memorial" on the grounds of Arlington National
Cemetery. However, it is a plain, modest statue only:
