Where is a web site containing data on Deeds, Trust Deeds and or
Mortgages that took place in Cook County IL very recently.  For
instance, I'd like to be able to see the mortgage company and the
property owners name and address for all deeds filed between Feb 1,
2004 and Feb 10, 2004 in Cook County IL.

Currently, deed information is remotely available through a
subscription-based service from the Cook County Recorder's Office.

There are also services available online that will allow you to search
for property information for a fee, however they are designed to
search for individual properties rather than the large amounts of
information you are looking for.
