I wasn't able to find a source in the Dallas/Fort Worth area but I
found other U.S. sources that have the item in stock and ship from 1-3
days. If you accept this as an answer I'll give you the necessary
links plus contact info of these sources.

I called crossroads.  Not only did they have one to rent, but they
have 5 in stock to sell!!  I'm going to pick it up this afternoon..

hre's another possible source & maybe you could RENT one until the
ordered one arrives?  and i'd bet that somebody at Crossroads knows of
other possible places in Dallas, if they don't have what you need.
