I'm doing some research on the SEC - rule changes (or proposed changes
or even official SEC comments) they've made in the last 6 months.

I am looking for any changes regarding disclosure of executive/ceo
compensation/pay.

either the scope of disclosure (how much information ) or the timing
of disclosure (does X have to be disclosed once a year, once a
quarter, whenever it happens)?

The SEC has a number of means of communicating rules and policies
(final rules, proposed rules, legal bulletins, concept papers, etc.
None of these, in the past six months, appear to relate to executive
compensation.

Do you have reason to supppose that such a policy has recently been announced?

If there is nothing obvious in the recent records, how do you suggest
this question should be answered?
