I need the necessary software and specific hardware to enable adding
Arabic language to Nokia and other mobile phones including the most
recent models? By doing this, the user should be able to select Arabic
as the default language, see menus and write messages in Arabic much
the same way as English or any other built in language.

Obviously, such product targets mobile phones that are sold in Non-Arab
countries because models shipped to Arab countries are mostly Arabic
language capable.

The product has to be tested proven and error free.
