What recent evidence (the last two years) is there that UK trademark
disputes (resulting from objections to registration of trademarks, and
use of trademark) have been resolved by payment to parties to withdraw
from certain trademark categories (relevantly, here, classes 35 and 36
- but don't let this limit the answer).

What sort of payments have been involved (including industry best
guesses as well as known sums) in resolving settlements Are disputes
common and are they commonly settled with some kind of financial
agreement - before or after any legal involvement.
