I have searched many directories, including the Ford website using
their "Locate a Dealer" search, for Ordsmann Ford Dealer and could
find no reference of them.

Maybe another researcher will have better luck.

If you're 100% positive it's Ordsmann Ford, is there any other
information you could supply us to help us along? In what context have
you heard about this dealer and parts department? Any other names,
numbers you could supply?

I am familiar with Ourisman dealerships, which are in the Washington,
D.C. area.  I believe that Ourisman World of Ford in suburban Virginia
is very likely the dealership that interests you.  This is because I
know that "Ourisman" is pronounced as if it were spelled "oarsman,"
which is almost identical to the apparent pronunciation of the name
you have suggested.

Even though you believe you have the right spelling, I suggest that
you call the dealership to determine whether the person you are
looking for works there.  If your contact is successful, please post a
comment to that effect and I would be happy to post the information as
an answer.
