Which companies and/or mobile networks are offering polyphonic
ringtones to mobile GSM subscribers in South America.

It seems that it's only possible in Chili. In the other larger
countries (Mexico, Venezuela, Brazil, Argentina) it looks like nobody
is selling them to the mobile subscribers.

Many websites say they service the whole world (like i.e. ringingphone.com)
but they try to sell with a credit card (instead of charging via a
premium phone line or SMS-billing) and does not look trustworthy.

Something between 3 or 5.

To clarify even more. I don't need the SMS service providers. But I'm
looking for a portal like www.yourmobile.com who is selling to the end
user (the mobile customer) and who is acting in South America.

Thanks for your answer. As I understand now it's only possible in
Chili and if you have a motorola  as well in several other countries.

I live in Venezuela. And if I understand correctly there is nothing

Hellmoto offers polyphonic ringtones for Motorola only for Venezuela.
