I've compiled a small booklet's worth of information that I'd like to
give someone, presented on a Windows compatible handheld device. I
don't want to spend a fortune money (pref. under £100 / $190?) but
would like them to think it's a really cool gift. I'd like to think
the handheld was also useful to them after they've read my info.

I need advice on two things please:
1. A recommended very cool, good value, handheld device - available in
and for use in the UK - perhaps with some additional selling point
such as voice memo/camera/mp3 playback?
2. What best way to get my info on to the device - it will be a few
pages of intro text, then several more pages of text divided by
category. Would probably be useful to index it via a contents. Can I
do that as some sort of stack or PDF? I'm not sure what is the best
way to do this at all.

I'd be grateful for any help on this as soon as possible as time is limited!
