Where is a web site containing data on Deeds, Trust Deeds and or
Mortgages that took place in Winnebago County IL very recently.  For
instance, I'd like to be able to see the mortgage company and the
property owners name and address for all deeds filed between Feb 1,
2004 and Feb 10, 2004 in Winnebago County IL.

I am assuming you mean Winnebago County, IL.  Unfortunately, the
County Recorder does not have a searchable database (at least not one
mentioned online).  If there is such a database, my guess is it's not
public.

Winnebago County has most of their records served by a service called
www.landaccess.com.  It has Name, Instrument Type and many other items
but it doesn't have the addresses.  It does have parcel numbers, if
you can find a way to find an address based on a parcel number then I
could probably get the addresses I need.
