There was a "modern rock" song in the 80's on KROQ containing the
lyrics, "It matters, It matters, Oh, Oh, Oh, Oh"

What was the title and who was the artist?

Sadly, that's not it. Thanks for trying.

The chorus "it matters, it matters" was sung by one or more men, and
the "oh, oh, oh, oh" was pitched high, low, high, low, if that helps
at all.

It might have been a Brit or Aussie band, but I can't remember for sure.
