A client of mine has a cut glass 2 pc punch bowl that is signed
"Regnier" within a banner design on the inside bottom of the bowl. 
She would like to find some matching cups.  She thinks the bowl was
purchased in South America when her parents lived there about 50-60
years - but perhaps not.  Have you heard of this glass maker?  Where
would I get information on this company?  Are cups available from this
maker?  Where would I find them? Thank you so much for any help you
