I am trying to find who registered the web address
www.geocities.com/chirosite  The website is not active and a I do not
get a response from the e-mail chirosite@yahoo.com  Yahoo will not
give out any information on the site. I really want to use this
address and I am determined to find the owner.

Since this is not a top-level domain (like Geocities.com itself) I
don't think this is public information.

Perhaps you should look into registering your own domain name.

longer active. By using the archive at Wayback Machine, we can see how
it used to look:

The page contains large white text on a black background.

The page moved to http://chirosite.tripod.com/ - also no longer
active, and not archived by thwe Wayback Machine. However, a visit to
http://www.chirosite.com finds a site that uses the same style text as
the Geocities site, and I am making the presumption that this
indicates it is being run by the same person, and not just a
coincidence.

There is no way of finding out who owns a GeoCities site. Because I
cannot prove the two site are related, I have only posted this as a
