There appears to be no resume (or its equivalent) for Dr. Torok posted
online.  I have found a newspaper report that details where he got his
undergraduate and graduate degrees, where and for how long he was most
recently previously employed as school superintendent, and how long he
has been involved in education.  Would this be a sufficient answer to
your question?
