I am looking for information on ada shakedown lawsuits filed on behalf
of a Ms. Hollynn Delil or D'Lil by attorneys, Sidney J. Cohen, Paul L.
Rein or Patricia Barbarrosa, office address: 427 Grand Ave., Oakland,
Ca. These suits would primarily be in the San Francisco Bay Area;
probably filed in Federal Court in San Francisco. Thank you.

Hi, sweetpea13-ga:

By "ada" are you perhaps referring to the Americans with Disabilities
Act, and to lawsuits filed under provisions of this US federal law?

regards, mathtalk-ga

I found about five various legal actions that Ms. D'lil has been a
party to, and that involve ADA. Whether they are shakedowns or not is
a bit beyond my ken, however. I do not know if the lawyers you
mentioned were actually involved with all (or any) of these particular
suits.

Would you like me to post the references for the suits as an answer to
your question?
