I remember when I was growing up, my dad used to go to the local
college or high school at night and take classes made for adults.
These classes weren't part of a curriculum of any kind, but were
designed more for fun, relaxed learning... For example, he used to
enjoy woodworking as a hobby, and so one time he took a woodworking
class. Another time, he took a class on basic automotive repair.
These classes aren't for any kind of credit, rather they are a service
to the community. When I finished college, I thought that maybe I
would take a couple of those classes for fun. However, as life has
it, I got married and moved away right after college. Now I am living
in Lexington, KY and I haven't been able to find anything like this.
I know that there is Lexington Community College and the University of
Kentucky in town, but I have not been able to find any information
that would suggest they offer any of these kinds of classes. Maybe
the local high schools do, but I haven't found any of that info yet
either. Hence the reason I come to ask the talented GAR's! Is there
anything in Lexington for me?

Thanks googlenut! It's strange that I have visited the Lexington
Community College website a hundred times and never came across that
info. I guess that's why you guys are the research experts! This was
exactly what I was looking for. The Tournament Poker class looks
interesting, but I'm not so sure about Ghost Hunting...

Thank you for the 5-stars and the tip!

I'm glad I was able to help.

I was a little surprised by the ghost hunting courses also, but the
golf class looks pretty good!
