In your opinion, what are the 5-10 best online communities for finding
people with interests similar to oneself, particularly in the USA?

Criteria you might use (it's up to you) include: popularity; fun to
use; accurate matches according to interests; free or cheap;
professional / not sleazy :-) well promoted; any other criteria you
think would be important.

Possibilities include (but obviously are not limited to):

An unrelated question: how to I submit suggestions to Google Answers? 
For example, wouldn't it be great to have answers (while browsing) be
sortable by rating??
